I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid. Overtime I developed many strategies & techniques to overcome the challenges associated with ADHD - especially staying organized & anxiety. The skills I have developed allow me to live a more organized & less anxious life. I will work with you to become organized so you too can live better :)
